Position
In order to meet sales and collection goals while maintaining adherence to corporate standards and procedures, the Performance-Based Manager will oversee and lead a group of field agents.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and performance monitoring abilities are necessary for this position in order to promote expansion and operational effectiveness within the designated region.
Workplace Duties
- To achieve organisational goals, find, hire, and onboard qualified field agents.
- Plan and lead extensive training courses to give field agents the abilities and information they need.
- During onboarding, make sure all hired agents follow corporate guidelines and fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.
- Through frequent evaluations and feedback, field agents’ performance may be tracked, assessed, and improved.Â
- Give field agents direction, coaching, and assistance so they may meet sales and collection goals.
- Deal with team problems as soon as possible and efficiently.
- Create and carry out strategic plans to efficiently cover designated areas.
- Motivate the group to reach and surpass performance goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Find business expansion prospects and broaden the company’s statewide reach.Â
- Oversee field agents’ daily operations to guarantee efficiency and compliance.
- Compile, evaluate, and report to senior management on loan recovery rates, field agent performance, and other KPIs.
- Give information about the state’s market trends, obstacles, and prospects.
- To assist with company operations, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with MDAs.
- Resolve consumer problems that have escalated and guarantee client satisfaction.Â
- Put policies in place to reduce field agent fraud and misbehaviour.
- Verify compliance with all state-mandated ethical standards, industry rules, and corporate policies.
- Organise and assist with marketing and promotional initiatives to improve the company’s reputation and the state’s loan uptake.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a similar discipline is preferred for candidates.
- Three years or more of experience managing territory sales
- demonstrated expertise in hiring, managing a team, and monitoring performance.
- strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- An advantage is having knowledge of the lending or financial services sector.
